We appreciate your help to keep our parkway beautiful. Please report any issues you see.

For Water Leaks - We have installed a fence post identification system. Each post has a red tag with a number. When reporting a problem, cite the tag # and which side of ARC, east or west. Contact AMC (Association Management Concepts) Repairs and Maintenance: (916) 565-8080, ext #198 or https://www.assocmc.com/service-maintenance-request/ or ARCMA at service@arcma.info. For major leaks contact San Juan Water: 916-791-0115.

For Maintenance Issues - Contact AMC (Association Management Concepts) Repairs and maintenance: (916) 565-8080, ext #198 or ARCMA at service@arcma.info. Identify which side of parkway (east or west) and the nearest fence post number (red tag).

For Monument Lights - Contact ARCMA at service@arcma.info. Identify the street corner and which side of the street (east or west) and north (toward Oak Ave.) or south (toward Greenback).

For Streetlights Out - SMUD @ www.smud.org/en/outages-streetlight-outages

For Municipal Code violations - Contact City of Folsom Code Enforcement, Pete Piccardo 916-355-8330 to report  code violations including vehicles on dirt, inoperable vehicles, unregistered vehicles, graffiti, unsightly building exteriors, junk in view, unauthorized home businesses, etc.
